Why it works
Local storage built for boats and RVs
Bird River Storage is locally owned and designed around outdoor vehicle storage: gated access, camera surveillance, well-lit lots, automatic billing, credit screening, and tenant insurance requirements.
Outdoor parking, covered storage, or a marina slip?
An outdoor parking space keeps your boat on its trailer, ready to tow to a launch. Covered storage adds overhead shelter; an enclosed unit adds walls. A marina slip keeps the boat in the water. Compare the setup you need before comparing rates: this booking option is open-air parking, without a roof or enclosed unit.
Plan for sun, rain, and winter weather
Gates and cameras control access; they do not shelter your boat from the weather. Plan a fitted cover and follow your boat manufacturer’s storage instructions. Arrange winterization or shrink-wrapping with your marine service provider before move-in; those services are not included with the parking space.
Measure the boat and trailer as one unit
Measure from the trailer coupler to the rearmost point, including any outboard or swim platform, and check the widest point. Hull length alone is not enough. Compare the full parked footprint with the 20×12, 30×12, and 44×14 spaces, and call if the fit is close.
Plan the trip from storage to the launch
The storage reservation covers a parking space at 11057 Bowerman Rd, not a marina slip or a launch reservation. Check your chosen ramp’s current hours, fees, and trailer access separately. Approved tenants have 24/7 gated access to collect or return their boat.
