How do I reserve a space?
Click Book Now, choose your unit size, and complete the online reservation. We'll follow up to verify insurance and run a standard credit check before your move-in date.
What happens after I book?
You'll receive a confirmation email. We verify insurance and complete a credit check, then send your gate access details before your start date.
Do I need insurance?
Yes. Before storing with us, tenants must choose one of three options: provide their own coverage, enroll in Storage Protectors, or sign a release of liability.
What insurance options do you accept?
You can provide your own policy if it covers your boat or RV while in storage. Some homeowners policies only cover stored items away from home for about 30 days, so confirm long-term storage coverage with your provider before relying on one.
What is Storage Protectors?
Storage Protectors is our insurance partner for tenant protection options. If you do not have your own coverage, you can review available options during booking. Bird River Storage helps make the program available but is not the insurer.
Are credit checks required?
Yes. All customers undergo a standard credit screening before approval.
